I am half vietnamese & half australian gal living in sydney! I am passionate about health and love to show girls just like me, to love & respect their bodies. I do this through running my personal training business where i spread the message to love yo self! Aside from that,I love watching the sunrise, smiling till my cheeks hurt, giggling with the ones I love, acai bowls, spontaneous adventures & just good vibes!
