CEO/Founder

Nikki Mann is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry. With over seven years of experience in the industry, she began her career as the Head Booker at a top agency in Los Angeles. Nikki's mission has always been to challenge and change the status quo in an industry that has long been criticized for its lack of diversity.

In 2020, Nikki returned to Australia due to the COVID-19 pandemic, where she noticed a gap in the market for a more inclusive modeling agency. She founded Everi-Body, a modeling agency that provides a safe space for models to be their true selves and promotes inclusivity and diversity.

Being a mother to her daughter, Natia, has only strengthened Nikki's resolve to make the fashion industry a more inclusive place for future generations. Her dedication to this cause is reflected in her mantra, "Our beauty is in our differences."

Through her work at Everi-Body, Nikki Mann is paving the way for a more diverse and inclusive fashion industry, where everyone is celebrated for who they are, regardless of their appearance or background.

Aleesha

Head Agent/Booker

Aleesha is the head booker at Everi-Body Model Management. She is known for her keen eye for talent and dedication to supporting diversity and inclusivity in the modeling industry. As a key leader within Everi-Body, Aleesha is responsible for managing and developing relationships with models, agents and clients alike. She takes pride in getting to know each model personally and understanding their unique journey and needs, in order to help them achieve their full potential. When she’s not scouting and booking new talent, Aleesha is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of diversity and inclusion in the industry. She firmly believes that every individual deserves a chance to shine, regardless of their background, and is committed to breaking down barriers and promoting a more inclusive and welcoming industry for all. Throughout her career, Aleesha has fostered a reputation as a leader who walks the walk when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Whether she’s organizing inclusive casting calls, collaborating with diverse creatives or mentoring new talent, Aleesha’s dedication to supporting and representing a range of voices and bodies is an inspiration to all.

Ally is the collaborations queen, Social Media Agent at Everi-body, taking concepts to creation alongside our amazing talent.

With her background in Digital Marketing, she has a keen eye for content and experience in capturing engagement across a range of various social media platforms, she's even got a viral video on TikTok.

Ally truly believes in the power of creator marketing and is passionate to showcase creators potential when connecting with brands campaigns!

Whether she’s pitching crazy concepts to brands or wrangling deliverables, Ally believes in supporting the value of creators and influencers in an ever-changing industry.
